The things people ask
Will it arrive before Rakshabandhan?
If you send by the dates above, it has time to travel. We publish last-send dates rather than a guaranteed delivery date, because transit time depends on the destination pincode and the courier's own network on the day — and we would rather give you a date you can act on than a promise we cannot control.
Can I send sweets or a gift along with the rakhi?
Rakhis, cards, dry sweets and small gifts are generally fine. Anything on the prohibited list is not — see prohibited items before you pack, because a parcel stopped in the network will not reach anyone in time.
How do I know the pincode is serviceable?
Check it in the pincode locator before you book. It tells you whether the destination is covered and whether COD and prepaid are available there.
What does it cost?
You see the price for your exact parcel — weight, dimensions, destination and payment mode — before you commit to it, with GST included. Nothing is charged until you book.
Can my family track it?
Yes. Every shipment has a tracking page you can send to anyone, with each courier's scans translated into the same plain wording.
