The bits people ask about

Is there really no setup fee?

No. You create an account, top up a wallet and pay for the shipments you book. The rate is shown before you commit to it.

What am I charged per shipment?

The courier's price for that parcel plus your rate card's margin, with GST. Both figures are recorded on the shipment, so you can see the split afterwards.

Can I use my own courier rates?

Yes. If you have negotiated rates, those replace ours on your account and are used for every comparison.

What happens if a shipment is cancelled?

A cancelled shipment that never moved is not charged. One already in the network follows the courier's own cancellation terms.

Do you charge for the API?

The API and webhooks are included from the Growth plan. Sandbox keys are free on any plan.
